Been lookin at this for awhile, had one on wrist. In Europe we still have some in stores on display. Looks great on wrist, very cool, almost retro 90s super tooly aesthetic. Good size, good quality. Hard to beat for the price!

Nice review. I have the Fubu Special NY-0080. It’s similar to this but there are some differences. Was an Asian- market exclusive. Very nice build quality, no QC issues.

i bought exactly the same watch in Feb 2021 and it came with an 8204 HACKABLE movement.

Just bought one yesterday. This is my first blue dial watch

Color looks good on that strap. I don’t mind crown at the 8 position, because I’m a lefty anyway also like you mentioned not digging in wrist.👍🏽

Got the same dark blue watch this week. The only difference is that when I was adjusting the time I noticed it hacked. On the dial it says it's an 8203 movement but on the caseback it says 8204. I had a look inside and on the rotor it says 8204. Anyway it's a great watch.

i just bought the new poppy model with black dial and green bezel. i affectiously nicknamed it my "green lantern". i love it. serious bang for buck. the new titanium models are super slick too. 300$ though.

Can replace bezel insert??

A great watch in this price range. Case is very similar to a Seiko SKX007.

Is this green or blue lume?

Are these iso certified? I got into it with a online watch seller who claimed it’s not..nor was it issued to the marina militare. He claimed it was the 0085 & 86 models.. I didn’t wanna question his knowledge so I left it at that.. can someone clear it up? Cheers

I think i am very unlucky. Every review i watched said that the bezel lines up perfectly. I just bought same watch everything is great but the bezel is misaligned.

Chris I like the look of this watch would consider one but, Casio if you are listening, you can do better install a hand winding hacking movement.

Chris Walls where did you get Casio? Also, how is hacking going to benefit a movement that’s rated to -20 / +40 sec a day??? On a certified chronometer yes, but on this it’s pointless.

@@LARSENBISQUITS my NY0040 runs 3 sec fast, and my SKX009 runs 1 sec fast out of the box. Hacking would mean a lot, but not a deal breaker.
