In my modded series I up the capacity of the cruise ships so only one spawns at a time

What a great build, like the rest of your builds😁 Tip: To improve more pedestrian usage in the university, making use of the cable cars would make definitely sense, and adds to the vibe of the campus. Ps: I've just subscribed to your channel😁😁

I'm actually learning a lot from this. When I got this game it had been out for so long that I just got all the DLC and base game in one package and there's so much I don't know about them even tho I've been playing for a few years now.

I am loving this build. I just found your channel this week and watched this series all the way through. I think a neat little addition to some of the parks and pedestrian areas would be some trash cans. A small little thing but I think it would make it look more realistic I guess. Also wish they had some Marina assets for maps with large areas of water. You have to know people would want to be out boating especially in tropic maps.

I wish they had marina assets in vanilla as well. I did do an awesome marina in my Canalville series if your interested. Definitely worth checking out.

All campus buildings except the main building can be on pedestrian roads since all of them are serviced via the main building, they don’t need a service point/to be in a ped area to be serviced if they’re placed on ped roads

I must say you did a great job I’m watching this for the second time but it caught my attention that you put some tech and engineering buildings in your campus area but the school is for trade

Behind the university main building there are two plateaus with reads that loop. I would love to see something connecting them even if it was just a pedestrian bridge.. I'm not back seating, just concerned about connectivity. Even a tunnel through the mountain would seem sensible.

I'm wondering if it would be worth showcasing the water-outlet quey-wall trick Imperator uses *all the time*. Some great spots for it like the central train station and the campus lower walls.

Putting those 2 skyscrapers near the stadium was a bit of a poor decision. Would’ve been perfect for a pedestrian only fanzone where fans could walk together before games. Some waterfront bars and restaurants would’ve been a great touch as well.

Yeah, I did it because someone commented in those two buildings some more waterfront leisure would have been good

Nice area, I love the terrasses on the hill. I looked up how attractiveness and student numbers work, and found something weird: Dormitory isn't housing! It adds 300 max students (and only 25 attractiveness) but it's like they study there (Dormitology? 🤣), like other campus buildings. They actually live elsewhere in your city! So I'd definitely combine a (park and plazas) fully pedestrian residential area, maybe on the outside of the campus with a pedestrian tram road in the middle? Are there any nice looking high density residential that might work as actual student housing? Also to mix nice looking and effective green areas, maybe actual parks on the border of the campus areas? I don't think decoration or land value affects the attractiveness. Having one of each type should be enough, maybe only a few multiple buildings (cafeteria, book store?). That means your actual campus area could be much smaller, maybe you could get two campuses next to each other!

I've never played the game but your vids gave me a ton of motivation. I got like an 8gb ram lap. Would the game run with the DLCs smoothly?

With a few dlc's maybe. This game is pretty heavy though

Great build but I don't think it make sense for campus to be close to downtown 😅

Its too bad they don't have an observatory asset (like an official one) because I feel that would have been better on that hilltop than the radar dish... Great build though.

On that small out of square area can’t you place then use move it mod to have it outside the square !! Like a path and some detail you can throw and move it out to complete the look?
