Para mi, son las mejores cantantes de todas las que han pasado por Alegria. Aunque debo decir que la cantante principal de la nueva versión de Alegría, también lo hace muy bien :)

I love thinking about each of these people and how they were able to perpetuate this wonderful show in history and in my life. I am so grateful for Alegria! I hope that each of these amazing artists, over the past 25 years, has had happiness and fulfillment in their lives. And may they find each other well today!

I often wonder where the team of the Russian High Bar are at now. Adir Ionov is performing in the Beatles Love show, but I often wonder where Mikhail Petrov and the others are. Like yourself I hope their all doing well. This original Algeria was the BEST ❤

Aww, almost all of the acrobatics crew are from Russia♥ So nice to see my fellow countrymen :з

I’ve seen Saltimbanco in ‘93/94 and Alegria in ‘96. I’d be hard pressed to say which is my favorite but, the fast-track/power-track is my favorite performance.

Watching them 10+ years ago was cool, but seeing this now is such a cool thing too!

Nice to be able to put some names with faces that stick out to that I’ve seen in the original Algeria’s videos.

I think I have all the Cirque collection in DVD but each disc contains its own special features. The most complete DVD is Alegria. Anyway, lemme check it and if is possible I'll upload it :)

@@katherineatkins1323 There's no footage or anything like that, but in 2006 at a performance when Alegria was touring Italy, there was a miscommunication during a jump between Ivan and Victor, so the two collided. Victor broke his leg in 3 different places and Ivan suffered a concussion and was knocked unconscious. After that Ivan was fine, but he had to give up his acrobat career. Then he acted a few times as Fleur

@@katherineatkins1323 Ivan Saveliev was still in the act when they featured Russian Bars on the TV series Solstrom in the 2003 episode World of Imagination. And in the Monte Carlo circus performance in 2010, Ivan was playing the clown Fleur

So very glad to see that Ivan made a comeback but very sad to hear about Victor. My favorite High Bar Artist is Mikail Petrov, very talented. I’ve just taken an interest in Cirque this past year and I’ve noticed since the Covid shutdown that some of the shows are lackluster. Don’t know if it’s due to budget cuts. The original Algeria show was timeless, not a fan of the new version.
