Mike, you've arrived where all aspiring musicians need to be. And you share your knowledge without obfuscation of archaic musical nomenclature. We thank you!
Another very helpful video. At the risk of being more confusing, I'd suggest that you also mention that moving around the 'Circle' is about moving in ASCENDING Fifths (clockwise) and ASCENDING Fourths (anticlockwise); the direction is important, particularly when noting that some folks may not quite make the distinction... and some may look 'backwards' at the anticlockwise 'counting'. Pedantic maybe.. but, y'know... 😁
Quite possibly the best music theory video I've ever seen. Thank you! And keep up the great work!
Thank You For Saying Thank You! ✨️✨️✨️🙂 Excellent Video. 🎶🎶🎼
Wow! Thank you so much for doing God's job in Music.

Thank you. Music is a beautiful thing.
What an absolutely superlative video lesson! Thanks so much; I will be revisiting this goldmine of ideas many times.
I have been trying to understand music theory for ages, and your channel literally changed everything. Can't get enough with writing down and drawing circles now... Every tiny piece of information here is a goldmine! Thank you, i deeply hope your channel gets way more attention as time goes by. Sharing your videos with my friends rn.
Most of these KZread teachers feel like they are tricking me into learning Spanish literature by telling me they're gonna teach me Spanish. I feel like this is the only page that actually makes things simple enough for it to enter into my brain.
It would be nice if you could recommend a specific order to watch and learn these videos. I haven't seen anywhere this is mentioned.
Woah, thats really cool! With videos like these I still don't know why your channel doesn't have more views

Mike, what would be very useful is a physical wheel that you could turn the discs to align keys, chords and progressions. Thanks for these tutorials, Gianni❤

They're available online, but after a while you just end up memorising the entire thing out of necessity
YES! Close to the Edge, preferably side two
Music is a beautiful thing, both to the ear and visually, as you explain. It is both geometrical and mathematical: the pitches were achieved mathematically. Do you have a video that explains how pitches came about?
Gorgeous (and crazily useful) illustration..!! :) A musician's mandala worthy of contemplating deeply! 😊🤙🏄☘

Hi, what is the recommended order to watch your playlists in? Are there any of your other videos that are not in the playlists that you think I should watch while going through each playlist? Thank you!
Me gusta! 👍
hi do you have all this images for download on members area thanks
how did you color your bass fretboard?

Fretboard labels, using the color pattern of theory. 🤘
Does anyone know where to purchase this circle diagram in an app?
Have you ever explained why your circles of thirds are always decidedly non-circular? Is there something that its oddly bent shape is meant to convey?
Why is the circle of thirds not drawn as a circle and in that peculiar shape?
fantastic video, but I don't get it why you use circles and squares?

I can't pay 36 bucks to join locals yearly without understanding more clearly what I'm trying to buy. I have questions about the "color system". Can I send you and email question? All your links lead to pay walls. You need to provide more information about what you're selling. IMHO I think I want to get involved in this but I want to know how it works.
🤯🤯🤯 Where are the beginner videos? Lol
You know, with that tilted down camera angle and a consequential foreshortening effect, it kinda makes your forearms look like a t-rex. I'm not sure how that relates to music, but i found it interesting.
It all just seems like Greek to me... 🤯😭🤔 I can sight read music, but i memorize by ear, and i don't understand much of theory. I am going to study all your videos and hope i can finally understand it.
Looks like astrology
I love how he says he explains things slower and more in depth in other videos yea ok fucker
I’m sorry but I just imagine this being much more useful hundreds of years ago when then church’s owned all of the music maybe

They’re very useful now. I’m teaching guitar to a friend and his ability jumped way ahead with just this and me telling him to stop playing with his eyes and use his ears. Now his intonation is much improved and his music isn’t just meandering.
