Hello. I have a 2013 MINI Cooper JCW GP. It does not have the height adjuster. There is only a single T50 bolt for the upper seatbelt point. Will this bar work for this setup or do you have any type of adapter/hardware for that?

It is not really up to 2013, but some folks are able to modification our existing one and fitted the bar from 2007+, but it does require a longer support bar to make it work

Due to the higher mounting point used for the later model, we also provide the longer support to help with the install...

my lower seat belt mount isn't like that its a bar with the seat belt wrapped around the bar.

We already updated the hardware for 2001 to 2003 with a new hardware to accomodate the difference

Tried to fit mine. It's a terrible fit. Angles are all welded wrong. The hardware doesn't fit (the bolt heads go through the holes in the main bar, and as someone else commented - every R53 I've seen has a slider bar at the bottom of the stock belt with the bolt in a different position. Waste of time and money.

What is the year of your Mini? Can you send us a picture to look at and we can do some improvement on our end. Your cooperation will be much appreciated.

2003. actually its the early minis that have the slip bar for the lower belt attachment. you can see it on realoem.com. later cars have the belt attached as in this video. mine actually has the hole there under a tape but it isn't threaded. i will weld a harness eye plate over it and that should work. definitely not a quick bolt in solution though. as for the bar itself and the side mountings. they actually bent into shape to sit flush with the b pillar as i torqued up the bolt. the bolt needed a thick washer adding because otherwise the head goes through the hole drilled in the bar.
