Cion Carroll | CRIME INSIDER | REOPEN THE CASE
17 year old Cion Carroll went missing November 02, 2022. Cion's phone pinged at a registered sex offender's home in Kenbridge. His body was found about a week later dismembered, covered with lye in a shallow grave in Victoria, VA. Community members of the small town fear for their lives.

Since 80s it's been out of control from the cheifs ,politicians, local communities if you look into the small towns you'll see the same Motives God forbid if its election time they'll start committing crimes staging aka fabricated evidence and a halfway crook or innocent person will be the example

Exactly and I believe officer barns was involved 😢 They said he was wiping down branch and dirt debris from his lap when he was confronted by one of the members from the search party
