Mau bagi resep enak lagi nih, mumpung long weekend kan?
Kali ini coba bikin Cinnamon Rolls yuk, ini enak banget sih, adonannya lembut dan manisnya pas banget..
Cus, langsung dicoba ibu-ibu!
▶ Bahan adonan:
250gr Terigu protein tinggi (Cakra)
90gr Terigu prorein sedang (segitiga biru)
50gr Gula pasir
50gr Butter
175gr Susu Cair
1sdt Garam
4gr Ragi Instan
1sdt Kayu manis bubuk
Bahan Filling:
75gr Mentega
1sdm Kayu manis bubuk
1sdt Garam
1sdm Maizena
125gr Gula palem (untuk taburan)
Bahan Frosting:
100gr Cream cheese
40gr Gula halus
3sdm Susu cair
(Kalau ga ada cream cheese boleh dilewatkan ya.. bisa pakai gula halus dicampur susu cair aja.. kalau terlalu kental, bisa ditambah susu cair lagi)
Cara pembuatan:

Oven:
180 derajat
30 menit
(Sesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing ya)
Api atas bawah

1Tsp Salt
1Tsp Cinnamon Powder
▶ Filling:
75gr Butter
1Tbsm Cinnamon Powder
1Tsp Salt
1Tbsm Corn Starch
125gr Brown Sugar
▶ Frosting:
100gr Cream cheese
40gr Refined Sugar
3Tbsp Milk
(if you don't have cream cheese, you can use mixture of refined sugar and milk..)
Bake at 180 celcius degree
30 minutes
(Please adjust with your own oven)
