I've watched multiple of these for this recipe and you are the only one that actually whips the butter (like it should be). How others missed the whole butter being whipped thing is beyond me. It's almost like they have never eaten it at Texas Roadhouse before.

That cinnamon honey butter looks delicious. I remember that we used to get something that strongly resembles that, delivered by the milkman, when I was young. I'm gonna try this, tomorrow morning, when the breakfast biscuits come out of the oven. Watching you, I think I'll try mixing the powdered sugar in by hand, with a spatula. I don't have a stick blender, but that sure looks like a fun little machine. Ken's got a new gadget! You have all the best toys, Mister Ken.

Seems about right, I'm excited to try this. I tried another recipe around Thanksgiving, believe it called for 3/4 or 1 tb of cinnamon, which was entirely too much.

Thanks for the recipe Ken. I think before whipping it with the powder sugar I would incorporate the sugar into the butter then whip it, less mess

Wow, this is something I have never heard of! Do you think the type of honey matters? I have wildflower natural honey, it’s from a local apiary, it tastes a bit different to store bought.
