It's true that the avatar of Ynnead look a lot like a demon of Slaannesh. No wonder many eldars don't trust the Ynnaris...

I think it's supposed to be an opposite of Slaanesh...but yes, you do wonder if they are just about to repeat the same old mistake...

I mean, Ynnead is based on Babylonian god of death just like Isha and nurgle, and that said god of death was described as not a man nor a woman, so maybe it's just that.

Aeldari Gods are basically the “good”, honorable version of the chaos gods. Khorne and Khaine look very similar, both are Gods of bloodlust and rage, but one can be noble and selfless, the other cannot

@@johnnnysilverhand9819 That's not really surprising, violence is a hard fact of nature, everyone is confronted to it so it's no wonder the Aeldaris believed in a god with dominion over it and thus Khaine was born. They are similars because they are both from a very common aspect of nature but Khaine is different because the Aeldaris don't imagine him exactly like Khorne.

@@efaristi9737 right, so Khaine is a more “natural” god of violence and blood, whereas Khorne is unnatural. Same with the Ynnari, Ynnead is a more natural aspect of death and desire. But its not unnatural and unholy like Slannesh. Kinda explains why Dark Eldar will start joining the Ynnaris to worship her
