Hey, guys! In this video I'll show you Evolution of the Cindy Lou Who.
Cindy Lou Who is a sweet young girl, who lives in Whoville, from Dr. Seuss' storybook "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," appearing as a minor character, and in the 2000 and 2018 movies, appearing as one of the main characters.
She was the first Who, who didn't despise or fear the Grinch. She is simply aware of the Grinch's sweetness and redeeming qualities.

Fun fact, in the 1966 version, she is voiced by June foray who also did Rocky Jay squirrel in Rocky and Bullwinkle Natasha Hazel from Looney Tunes. She also voiced the granny, but recently she passed away at age 99. She lived a long life.

My favorite versions are 1966 and the Jim Carrey movie.

Same, another reason why the live action film was very underrated and unnecessarily hated.
I imagine Cindy Lou being the only Grinch character to crawl on her hands and knees. She's my only favorite character.

I know it was a cartoon, but I always wondered, how tf did the OG Cindy Lou WALK in that pink outfit? Did she simply wiggle her toes? Were her feet made of roller blades?

I think it’s a nightgown so it’s a bit more flexible because some nightgowns are soft or she just knows how move with her toes like what you said
