That’s a good way to put it. You can feel a sense of deep insecurity when you see him go from comedic diversion to comedic diversion. He didn’t enjoy serious reality.

If you read the book "The Chris Farley Show" you will know that Chris was raised with solid Midwest values. Was a faithful Catholic and had good family upbringing.
I know Farley was loud and extremely funny but in the same time he seems to be the one that are most kind and down to earth.

Chris had a very loving family and was raised right. I think his anger came from his self-loathing, OCD and addiction issues.

He was always great with the ladies. He was always such a cutie and you can tell he’d be good at picking up women. Adorable and nerdy but also deep, sensitive, and smart. Yeah I always had a crush on him. I’d even take him as Joe Dirt 😂

I may be a scorpio but deeply respect aquarius's (along with all the aquas in my life theres alot in my life too) sweet, very bright and down to earth likeable ppl :) Loved the fact chris knew his zodiac, and was proud. You should be ♒👍 Wish i got the chance to meet chris loved his content growing up, still do. He seems like a sweetheart. RIP 🙏

Yeah he was holding back a little. It’s awesome because despite the better body the other guys have, she does seem to still show a lot of interest in Farley. Shows how much personality can impact attractiveness

I am SO grateful to whomever made this personal event available to the public because it feels like a real invitation into the lives of Chris Farley and his closest friends... and most of us in the viewing public feel like Chris was our friend too. Thank you for this wonderful video!
It hurts every time seeing Chris, I was born 5 years after he passed but I grew up on him and this cast. Such a heartbreaking story, everyone in this world deserves to know Chris Farley.
This is one of the most bizarre combinations ever for a dinner and it felt so natural. That was great.
I miss when restaurants were dark and cozy like this.I remember when i was a kid in the late 80s/early 90s most restaurants had this look to them.

Cooked dinner for Chris when he was filming ALMOST HEROES in N. California . He and a friend came in after hours to a seafood restaurant I worked at in Eureka. He was BLAZED and appreciative and polite when I went to his table to say high. A legend who ate a small, simple meal.

How precious moments like these must be to the guys at that table. Chris Farley was so much more than just a comedian. He really was one of the most down to earth and greatest guys...they all have spoken about him that way. Good times. :)
Cindy let them talk which was amazing. That was really cool to see, like a time capsule.

Man, this is amazing. As someone who was born in 81, this was probably watched by my teenage self when it came out. And gotta say, 28 year old Cindy was pure beauty; in a very artful way more than a lustful way; she has a groundedness and casualness about her that makes me respect her for her.
I didn’t realize how distinct all their laughs are.

This is Amazing! Chris Farley is a legend. He comes across as such a genuine person.
1994 I was 15 and had Cindy posters everywhere she was perfection . So humble to see her being normal and cool with these legends .

Every once in awhile I'll see a clip with Chris Farley in it and it hits me, how long he has been gone and how much time we missed out on with his passing. All the what ifs, and what could have been, ahh we miss you Chris. You were truly one of the greats.
Such a great video. None of them over 30, so crazy to see knowing how things turned out. Poor Tim Herlihy though, 8 minutes of video and all you get from him is “Uhh, tortellini”.

Being a kid in the 90's was the best decade ever. Comedy actors, TV shows, movies, video games, worry free. If I had a choice to only live 10 more years it would be to do the 90's over again.
Wow can't believe I never seen this before. I love Farley and Spade's relationship. Reminds me of the awesome goofy kid we had in the group.. Could either have us dying from laughter, or rolling our eyes like: "dude, chill out". Spade had his reasons to be easier to annoy, because they were really close friends. I know exactly what it's like, even knowing your best bud has a lot of demons.
Whoever is responsible for uploading these, thank you. This is a great informal behind the scenes look at some great SNL comics.
It is cool to see Sandler and Spade being low key and quiet as you usually see them being their over the top stage personas even in interviews.
