ഭാര്യ, ബാംഗ്ലൂരിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന മകളുടെ കുടുംബത്തോടൊപ്പം താമസിക്കുവാൻ ഇടക്ക് പോയാൽ എനിക്കുള്ള അത്യാവശ്യ ഭക്ഷണം സ്വന്തമായി ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയാണ് പതിവ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ഓഫീസ് അവധി ആയതിനാൽ സമയം ഉള്ളത്‌ കൊണ്ട് ചിക്കൻ സ്‌റ്റൂ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. തേങ്ങാപ്പാൽ അൽപ്പം കൂടിപ്പോയതിനാൽ കുറച്ചു നേർത്തു പോയി എന്നതൊഴിച്ചാൽ, ആദ്യമായി തനിയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ സ്‌റ്റൂ വളരെ നല്ല രുചിയായിരുന്നു. ചെറിയ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ എടുക്കുന്നത് പോലെയുള്ള അവതരണം മനോഹരം. അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ.

Dear Bro, I made this yesterday. I used some of the ingredients to marinate the chicken before cooking it - lime juice, salt, chopped chillis, pepper powder, chopped ginger & garlic. I wasn't very comfortable cooking without marination. The result was absolutely superb. Kids loved it. Wife still gave top position to your butter chicken, than this. What I really love about all your recipes, is the measure additives, especially the salt (which is the fulcrum of any dish). Thank you once again for sharing this recipe. I know ppl have been praising it got over three years and it is well deserved. As I said before, one more dish I cannot try at the Indian restaurants here, because your recipe is better, not to mention much more cost effective, especially in the current inflationary state of affairs. Humble request bro, if possible please share Chicken Chettinad recipe. Also would love to see your version of the hugely popular Mughlai Chicken. Thank you once again for sharing these simple recipes without dramas (as Aussies would say) and still perfectly flavourful and delicious. Have a great day.

Good stuff. Worked out great. The small tips you give in between are a blessing in disguise for young and beginner cooks like myself. Also love the short presentation, no unnecessary stuff left in, crisp and to the point. Wish you good fortune in the days to come.
