Thanks for the reply. Can you mention something about property taxes? Or taxes in general.

Which I had that HOA lawn service. I would definitely take advantage of it. Do you know any good landscaping companies in Cibolo/Schertz area? New to the area. Thanks for the videos!

The Campanas section has the high HOA because they manage the lawns. David Weekley, Monticello and Sitterly build in that section.

I wouldn’t think so but I’m not sure. I was told that you get a discount if you live in Cibolo Canyons.

Great video. I'm moving back to Texas in a few months and I'm interested in homes in the hill country, specifically hill country homes with nice nature views. Can you do some videos in those areas like Helotes and maybe Boerne?

Timothy Adams funny you say that. I was just in Boerne doing videos tours of Miralomas subdivision. Great views and only 4.5 mile from downtown Boerne. It’s great that disabled veterans don’t have to pay property taxes. This benefit will never compensate them for their sacrifices. God bless them. I do have one related question. Does this mean that the property owners all pay a slightly higher percentage (all else equal). ... or is this absorbed by the state or federal govt.

I like your videos. I'm not a fan of motorcycles but I respect the riders. Please be careful when you take your little assistant on motorcycle rides some nice I see lots of kids injured from them.

Thanks for the comments. I do sometimes pick her up for school on the bike. When I do, we take the less traveled back roads and she is always geared up. I do my best to be the cautious rider.

Most of the community is $1400 a year. It just a few sections that have the crazy high HOA because they take care of your lawn and flower beds for you.
