Memories!! RIP to my ex! He was abusive but this song represents a good time in our relationship and I forgave him long ago. I miss him more now that he’s gone even tho we separated over 10 years before he passed away. Kinda wish I woulda talked to him before he died but everything happens for a reason.

Girl..same. this song reminds me of my first love. We were together 7 years and then broke up for 2 got back together briefly but as much real love we had for each other our relationship was toxic and very codependent so it didn't work out and we broke up and that was the last time I saw him and 4 years after he was murdered. Not a day goes by then or now that I don't think of him or miss him. Still cry regularly over him and hate I didn't talk to him before he passed. I'm sorry for your loss and hope you find your forever love. I'm still waiting for mine. But one thing is for sure..true love never dies even if its a toxic love that can't sustain in this lifetime. ❤
