This is the first city I have truly loved living in. And it's the people. Quite frankly, while the town has a quaint charm, what is really incredible is how warm, friendly and decent the people are. I've lived in major metropolises my whole life before Chur, but I am never making such a mistake ever again, thanks to the kindness of Bündnerland.

Grüezi Mitenand! My Swiss uncle and Dutch aunt lived there. He built a cabin in Brambruesch where I vacationed with my family from Holland when I was eight! What a lovely experience! To me that was paradise. We hiked to the top of Dreibundenstein too. Years later when my American husband and I lived in Bavaria, we drove there in two hours with our young kids and visited my parents for the weekend who stayed in the cabin. Chur is indeed lovely and the people friendly. I fondly remember that greeting when encountering people in the mountains.

I visited Chur last fall and loved it!! Where did you move there from? I am from America and would love to move there but apparently it’s difficult if you’re American. I want to spend a lot more time in Switzerland.

The sun, the fresh air, the view. What more to ask in life?

Really an amazing city. I visited in August 2023

Hometown.....

All of the cities in Switzerland is very beautiful and very clean. I really like the architecture and how they try to maintain the old look of the cities. No traffics, no air polution and there is nothing wrong. Everything is perfect and well organized. However I like the nature around too.

@@SwissView1 We did all the tracks of the RhB in Graubunden out of Filisur for a week , and visit lots of places , was a fantastic experiance .

Another beautiful clean city. Lovely colours and flowers. Thank you.

This is one place I have not seen before, so it was nice to get a virtual tour. I am delighted that you mostly used a different music throughout and that you muted it in some places to accentuate the city sounds and church bells. I personally prefer that! Loved it! 💖✨👍🏻😀
