I believe in you, New Bern :) You are our Brothers and Sisters. And you are an old City, with a lot of History and beautiful Nature, right at the Neuse River and surrounded by dense Forests :) You have a certain small Town Charm and i think with this beautiful Fundament, you will be able to grow more and more :)

In Switzerland, there is a so-called AutoIndex in various cantons, which is why you can use a car number to determine a person's name and place of residence. This is publicly available. Where you broke the law is the information you shared here in the video. Time and place. The driver can then sue you by publishing the car number. It is therefore in your interest to either take all videos with a Swiss car number offline or to pixelate them. @@PV_Tangerino its still not pixelated. there are over 400 youtubers who are violate the current data protection law, but youtube doesnt take the videos down. theyre respons: "the youtuber signs a contract where he makes sure, he doesnt do anything criminal. Therefore only the Creator can be forced to remove the Content, unless its against our policy." In America (where KZread/Google has theyre Maincompany) its not a violation. The Content Creator here should ask himself something: why are Carnumbers out of Switzerland in Google Streets pixelated, and here on KZread they do nothing. Simple. You create Content, therefore means clicks, and that means also people are on the website youtube. if something happends, they can sue you as a company because you violated the contract in the first place. They have literally a Meatshield called "Travel Time 4k." KZread is probably wondering why I'm making such a drama about it. It's easy. Normally in Switzerland you would see the car numbers. These car numbers can be traced locally, but the chance of someone doing something like that with existing websites is slim. The websites also use so-called IP tracking, i.e. the IP that sends out the requests is recorded. The problem is that gangs of thieves also hang out on KZread. I recently had a KZread creator show a car in front of a jewelry store. Number not pixelated. In less than two minutes I found out where the person lives, what their name is and how many people live in the household. That through a car number. If a gang of thieves use VPN addresses, they can easily obtain such data themselves. And from there it gets dangerous.
