Used to go here when I was a kid. I've heard people say that they've been getting rid of the animatronics. So I always knew in my heart the ones in West Des Moines haven't been removed. You're still in beautiful looking condition. Need to go back, love this place.

These guys are in excellent mechanical condition! A little cosmetic wear, but still amazing. I wish all shows moved this good still

I was about to say that you’re an adult and you are overexcited about such a thing but then I realized that I would probably do the same shit and I’m almost 20 years old so I can’t judge. 😂 I’ve seen a 3 stage when I was like 7-8 but as an avid Showbiz Pizza fan now, seeing one 11-12 years later would be a new perspective for me. Great video though. You’ve probably given one of the best store tours yet

Gotta love how that location has a beta Rock Afire Explosion sign but with the MMBB sign put onto it, it's noticeably a beta sign with the light arrangement and the way the sign post looks.

Yeah! It’s crazy! I actually got to look behind it and I could see some of the original sign. The top and bottom bushes are still there but the RAE logo was sadly removed 😢

@@sethhorst6158 It was a really cool design. I will legit be heartbroken if the sign gets smashed up. Des Moines as well as New Orleans both have the last known existing beta RAE signs. I’m hoping at least one of them, preferably both get saved.

The hard luck bears (rock-afire retrofit) is reopening in 3 locations in the gulliver's theme parks, and xan is going to be fixing them.

Aalways had birthday's at this location growing up. It looks so weird to how i remember it. I want to say there was a wall that divided the store up. They also used to have a decently sized ball pit. What I really miss is the Simpsons arcade. Overall the place looks a lot brighter than i remembered. Could be the time of day though.

Didn't realize that the Chuck E. Cheese that I went to as a kid and honestly still pass by from time to time was so historically important.

Oh yeah, while it was known that it was the fifth Showbiz, it wasn’t until recently that we found out that they have the 3rd set of RAE characters.

Well if you live by, you can just walk in and watch the show for free. Obviously it costs money to play games and eat pizza but other than that, at least go to appreciate the show. I actually went to this store again two months after this first recorded visit. Decided to spoil myself and get me an XL pizza for like 30 bucks I think. 😋
