Best is always subjective. That's first. Secondly, she is singing from her head. The higher the voice, the more head voice dominant it will be. Conversely, women actually have taller head voices and men have taller chest voices. Rather by instinct or instruction, Chrystal mixes her head voice all the way down into her chest as opposed to taking chest voice up. What sopranos don't do in chest, they make up for with a powerful head voice such as Chrystal's. I wish more people understood this and stop with the "if you're not singing in chest, you're just being lazy or can't really sing", or the notion that singing in head voice is not the real voice. Operatic sopranos would beg to differ with that opinion. The difference is vowel shaping. If the soprano sings with a wider vowel sound, she's going to give you that big belt sound without pulling the weight of chest voice up (see Rachelle Ferrell).
