Dear Anna, I hope you are doing well. Please make more videos for sleep with a quite and calm ambiance and ASMR sounds like your beautiful jewelry sounds, hand sounds, etc. You have an old video called "melting the day away" where you do clearing the energy with your hands instead of tools or smoke and very soft spoken sleep inducing comments, it is such a relaxing video. I enjoy your content a lot but most of it is not for sleep aid because I get too stimulated due to the very intriguing concepts and subjects you speak about. Have a fantastic day.

I use everyone of Anna's videos for sleep. Everyone of them put the volume down, lower the brightness & put the phone on your nightstand. Her quiet, soft voice works its magic almost every time!

I’ve only recently discovered your channel and I want to thank you for your beautiful videos. I think I’ll be revisiting this one again as someone who lives with chronic complex illness and all of the fear and suffering that brings with it every day.
