Hey guys in this video i m going to show you how you can create chrome nails at home without using chrome powder. For this we will be using face highlighter. I m using Makeup revolution London- vivid baked highlighter.
Disclaimer- not all highlighter will work for this technique. More buttery-more pigmented will be great for this technique.
And blending is the key to succeed.
