You could not have said it better ,he was very talented very underrated and very down to earth , I met him a few times and when talking to him it was like talking to a life long friend I didn't have to pick my words ,He was so down to earth who will be missed by so many and remembered by so many, God Bless your soul. Thank You Christy for the wonderful music you gave us, I had the pleasure of meeting you several times and what I noticed was while talking to you It was like you were talking to a life long friend You were so down to earth you didn't have to pick your words ,One time I met you I was smoking and you asked me for a drag I said I'll give you one but he said nah just a drag so I obliged . He was Irelands friend and very underrated , May you be up above with Phil Lynott and Rory Gallagher singing the blues .God Bless your soul.

All his family are lovely, he's always a gent, his Da made stunning furniture very skilled.

Are you? Is there a reason you mentioned that, assuming it's true, and if it is true, is there a reason you misspelled his surname? Maybe, you have only heard it said, and not seen written, but being related to him doesn't make you great. The idea is to have people boasting about knowing you, if anything.

Whether he is telling the truth or not, it was just a statement that has had no impact on you. Let him off. And for info - he misspelled his first name too, which shows how much you know. The idea is if you haven't anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
