The scoring in that movie was just so powerful!!!!! One of my most treasured memories when I heard the Superman theme played live by an orchestra. If you ever get the chance, I would highly recommend it!!!!

Hey Steven, thank you for the kind words. Yep, am a bit of a geek. Movie props and replicas is my thing, especially Superman (you might have guessed 😉😉🤣🤣)

Dude! That is beyond Badass! The 1978 Superman is my all time favorite film! With that being said, I absolutely love the Fortress of Solitude Control Panel you made. Not only does it light up with the insertion of a crystal but the base and stand you built it on is very sleek and great looking. The metallic Superman logo or the House of El Sigil adds that extra bit of flair making it a great piece for any Superman collector. I’m also very jealous of your Superman costume that’s displayed on a life size mannequin of Christopher Reeve. You definitely have an amazing collection there. But again, really nice job on the Fortress Control Panel.

I was so looking forward to man of steel, but I was so disappointed, he didn't have anyone of heart soul or emotion of the original, and of course no memorable dialogue like the first two original movies.

Years ago I was at a friend's place in midtown Manhattan who was a realtor. Whike he was taking a shower he said if the phone rings just picked it up and take a message. I answered the phone and it turns out to be Dana Reeves. She couldn't have been any more genuine and pleasant to speak to you on the phone it was such a nice experience and it was a shame she never smoked a day in her life and was dead from cancer within 6 months.

I suppose. I think his added muscle over time and his additional 3 inches of height, along with the broad shoulders, still make up for it. The skinniest scenes are probably from earlier in his training. So his weight fluctuates throughout the original 2 films.

@@westmcgee9320 he didn't regard himself as muscular enough,pretty sure he said on a interview that he wore his thickest jumper to his first interview and was trained in part by Dave Prowse.

Spice, I as well bought a set of them from him (6 total). We know where to go to get these from. I already had 1 Green Mother and almost got something he has only the prototype for. I also purchased several tubes of MANY sizes, but as of yet had the time to do a project like this. I was aiming for a whole console, but have no knowledge of the wiring or electronics. I would be ok to scale down to something crisp and close like yours. But I wonder, I have a total of..7? I think, with several smaller of off design and one inch quarts, would you be willing to collaborate?

AjI2017 All the screen used ones varied in shape and size. Their are some nice replicas that pop up now and again. Are you a member of the RPF? I have a friend on there that does short runs of replica crystals made of real crystal every now and again, and they are great!!!

Honestly I can only suggest keeping your eyes going on etsy or ebay. Sometimes there are enthusiasts that sell replicas they have made. I wish you well with your hunting.

Well, now you're asking a good question. I spent quite a few hundred on the acrylic. And then the time it took putting it all together, and shaping the crystals too. Never kept a tally on the materials. No where really sells them, unless you make one your self or commissioned a props place to make one for you. Woulf be a pretty penny to get one custom made im afraid.

Pleáse , make a more extensive video . It would be great to see more details .
