Hello to you and your loyal vewiers. You are driving on the road witch I lived off. BH PO. I built in 1966 sold in 2016. Today in a Condominium in the flats. Mostly because of my age. A home was no longer needed for myself. Thanks for sharing.

I'm still in love with the towering Washingtonia robusta palm trees, which I understand reach heights of up to 100 feet! It takes them many years to reach that height, and attests to their hardiness - or the lack of freezing weather - for that many years.

You're very hard-working and dedicated ... I love when you drive through neighborhoods and give your talk .

3:46 That left hand turn right before the beige structure is Cielo Drive which leads up to Sharon Tate’s old house. Yes, that house. (The house itself was torn down and a gargantuan monstrosity put in it’s place, which you can actually see from Benedict Canyon Drive off in the distance at about 3:18).

"Benedict Canyon" was one of the best (worst) answers given by Richard Dawson on "Match Game." 😂

Christophe! I'm addicted to your videos! I love looking at the homes old and new big and small! I think it's fascinating you could get into that area for under a million dollars and homes are considered a fixer-upper I think it was under 10 million right? I just love to see the different architecture and I love that you know the history and speaking of history... Do you know what Beverly Hills is named after? I have watched several of your videos and I must say as a contractor who works in Oakland County Michigan which is the northern suburbs of Metro Detroit nothing like Hollywood but a very wealthy area one of the wealthiest in the Midwest I have seen a lot of real estate agents showing property and a lot of them are extremely rude. You seem to be for a high-end real estate agent extremely down-to-earth polite and your videos especially giving the prices before and after can doing comparison from previous years is very accurate. Well done sir keep them coming. As a side note I get a kick out of the luxury areas out there are the same as our multimillion-dollar luxury areas here where the streets are full of work trucks and not much else haha that's exactly what our streets look like here in Grosse Pointe, Birmingham and West Bloomfield

Your description of the daily commuter to-and-fro was accurate, but I think you (somewhat) underplayed the frustrations caused by traffic and congestion on the upper reaches road - for me at least, it would be an absolute NIGHTMARE to live on upper Benedict Canyon or one of its one-way off-streets. (Living in the Beverly Hills flats, of course, are another story, but they are seriously haunted by an ex- of mine.....) Same story on Coldwater Canyon.. Good to warn out-of-town buyers about the issue, which I’m sure you so, Mr. Choo!!

You have to have a property zoned for horses.

What do you think about 1713 Delresto? It's been on the market forever but I love it. If i had money I'd def buy it. It seems reasonably priced but it hasn't sold. My theory is because it's in BHPO. Other than that I can't think of why anyone wouldn't want it. Love watching these tours btw :)

Unfortunately no, you should research EB5 Visa's as if you follow certain guidlines and invest at least $500,000 you can get a green card, however please research as I do not know the details.

Hello Christophe, I love your driving tours but the camera you are using has no or very bad anti shake technology. Please, please invest in a cell phone or camera with good or excellent anti shake technology so your viewers can enjoy your video's even more. This is especially evident because you drive one of the most smooth cars on the market (Mercedes S Class) and yet there is so much shaking on your videos. I can only image what your videos would look like if you were driving a lesser car!

If I decide to buy house in L.A. you will be the first person to contact,thanks for great video :)

I'm so surprised that BH doesn't have stronger laws around tearing houses down. The city is so steeped in history one would think that they would really want to hold onto it.
