Beryl turned away from us and just gave us cooler weather unlike 200 miles south of us in Houston with lots of flooding.

I understand. We were in Houston for Hurricane Allison years ago. Very glad we are in the evacuation path & not so close to the Gulf.

Happy Birthday! Your park looks awesome, my kiddos would love it! As for GPS - we were recently on Vacation in Cincinnati and our car’s navigation was trying to get us to drive through the Children’s Hospital 🫠. It’s crazy how used to having it we are, I remember driving to Toronto with a paper map from AAA 😅

Yes!!! The AAA Trip Tics too that I would get from AAA with my route mapped out on flip maps. This park is the grand kids favorite, we actually had a office in the Park Place building on the other side of the river and Shauna would bring Seaver across stepping stones to the park. Of course then it was an old metal park 🙄
