Oh Belinda, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. We have always had rescue dogs and ants and now have a 17 year old doggo and 2 cats of about 7. Losing an animal companion is losing a loved member of your family. I enjoyed your podcast. I forget how big Texas stores are. Today is the 4th of July - we are having a homemade chilli and cornbread for our celebration meal 🇺🇸 Jinny - UK

Thank you Jinny. These pups definitely move into our hearts and even though we know their time with us is finite we seem to love them harder. Those stores are probably medium sized over here. Some are absolutely massive. I am making chicken salad & picking up some brisket so no vegetarian dishes here. Enjoy your 4th of July!

Hi Belinda I am so sorry to hear about your dogs, it was v brave of you to do this so soon after. xx I thought my stash was large!!. I sort mine into yarn weights and hand dyed using collapsible boxes that fit into my IKEA Kallax unit. xx

Thank you Dorothy. I look forward to the daily vlogs all year so for me it is a bit cathartic keeping going with plans otherwise I would just sit there looking at the big dog bed with only Ziva on it. My stash collection has become a bit of therapy in itself but I hardly ever buy clothes just yarn 😉

I’ve been wanting to make an all white top as well and the ranunculus has always been at the top of the pattern options for it, there are so many pretty ones around 🙂. I am sorry to hear about your losses, especially so close together. I hope that you guys have a great Fourth of July.

Thanks so much. The all white tops look so pretty on everyone else but I am soooo bad at dropping some on anything white I am scared at the same time 🤣 Maybe I will have to do a colorwork top to work as a bib the do the rest in white ☺️ We have a nice quiet 4th other than the neighbor setting off fireworks in the daytime, in the neighborhood 😳 It is just so quiet without all the claws on the wood floor & all the eyes watching me eat. It's weird what you miss.

@@belindasbaubles I’m worried about wearing all white too, I can only imagine how I’ll accidentally spill grape juice on it or something 😂 We are having a nice quiet fourth here too 🙂
