That was an epic haul. The Critical Role book looks stunning, hope you enjoy it. The Ferryman sounds really interesting and the cover for Ghost Eater looked awesome.

Hello Ellie, some really good books mentioned. Even the Sci fi sounded interesting and I'm not a Sci fi reader! Im really looking forward to reading the study in drowning, emily wilde and ghost eaters. I may even try some of the others you mentioned.I'm currently reading witch and the tsar and bookshops and bonedust. Hope you had a good new year.😊

I have been getting in to Le Guin over the past year. I have read her debut , Rocannon's World and also The Left Hand of Darkness ( both great in their own ways! )Also, A Wizard of Earthsea ( which I read as a child and have also read to my children) I hope to read her whole back catalogue one day. Do you watch a booktuber called Angela, who's channel is called 'Do Unicorns Read? She has just started a Le Guin reading project , which I am following along with. Great book haul !

I totally forgot about Ghost Eaters but I'd really like to read that! I really enjoyed Whisper Down The Lane by Clay Mcleod Chapman so I'd like to read something else by him! Bloody love DND! I've got a few friends that are really into Critical Role! I'd like to give it a go but there is a LOT to catch up on lmao!!

Let me know if you want to buddy read it 👻 I normally save horror for Autumn, but in 2024 I'm just going to read it all year round because it's one of my favorite genres and I don't want to restrict myself to a few months of the year. Yes!! DnD is the best. Are you in a campaign at the moment? If you are, what class/race do you play? Yeah, there is a lot to catch up on. It's great to put on in the background while you're doing tasks though. I'm part way through their second campaign The Mighty Nein, and think I enjoy their characters even more than the ones in Vox Machina!
