Awww, I could have gone on and on about how much I enjoy watching you and your channel, you really are such a gem!! I love that you are making your mom’s crescent rolls for Thanksgiving!! I’m actually forgoing the turkey this year and making my mom’s roast! It’s how we keep them alive and continue to share them with our loved ones. Holidays are tough when a big piece of our hearts aren’t here with us physically. So much love to you sweet friend!! ❤️

My antique ice skates hang off the top edge of an antique wood sled on my front porch with a set of antique wood ski's standing behind. We live high on a mountain in the snow zone, so the decor is so appropriate and surprisingly, hasn't been stolen off my porch yet. I've been putting those out for years. The first year my children received The Polar Express book, I had to have a big brass sleighbell in a box under tree on Christmas morning. They thought they must have gone on the adventure, but just couldn't remember it, upon waking. The bell still resides with the book, and my (now grown) children still love the memory.

@KrystaMeeker your very welcome...believe it or not I was looking at mirrors again today while I was out and about...IT'S SO HARD..LOL I still have several antique mirrors to hang when we finish the upstairs and the huge antique one in the bathroom still needs a frame..has some crazing on the mirror (lovely), my grandkids thought there was hair on my mirror...I actually had to pay $20 for a huge frame at Restore with an ugly picture in it...hopefully that will be put on in the next six months... Have a blessed night

Beautiful pieces ❤️. The smaller amber 2 pc container was a coffeemate container. My mom use to get them when I was younger (I'm 64 now) Great memory.

I'm doing a Dickens theme this year too! Got a burgundy top hat at thrift store for $6 and made a "Marley & Scrooge" office window last year. Just picked up some caroler figurines today but need to tone down the colors a bit. Can't wait to see all your stuff when you are done decorating 👍🏻

I am addicted to brass. If I see brass when I'm thrifting I have to have it. I just think it's so beautiful.

Boy did you luck out with those gorgeous finds from the estate sale. The store you showed us was just beautiful. I loved so many items there and the prices seemed really good . Here in Southern Maine our second hand shops have gotten so expensive. They are putting themselves out of buisiness no one wants to pay high prices for things we were able to get so cheaply not long ago. So far 3 of them are closing soon. Anyway I am so happy you can still get those deals. I look foward to seeing how you display them!😁🎄⛄️

I just adore you…our taste are so similar and I lived in a Queen Ann house for 20 some years and had 3-4 Antiques shops and had numerous booths and antique shows…lov’in your style! And We’ve moved to Tennessee mountains into a 100+year old cottage we’re having worked on now …haha while living in it…I’m gonna be a big fan of yours…I can tell 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I watched “She Holds Dearly” today and found you through her! You are such a find! Recommendation for your carved gold picture frame. I bought one much the same way you do. I glued wine corks in a particular pattern onto a backing and it is now my info. board where I pin important things and reminders for myself! I get compliments all of the time. Give it a thought. Merry Christmas. I am starting to decorate today as I spend so much time decorating for Christmas I like to get value for effort!

Loving the idea of a Victorian Dickensian themed Christmas ❤ I was lucky to do a tour of Charles Dickens home in London some 10+ years ago ~ I bought home quite a few antique Dickens books which I purchased there. Your antique shops have the best prices! In my hometown those skates would be ridiculously high. Beautiful finds sweetie/ I’ve been following her for years she is awesome. I love brass and I decorated my entryway antique table in all brass candle holders then I’m putting a concrete nativity seen on it tomorrow….. I use to love Christmas until I lost mama. Love ya sister what a great haul

I’ve watched your channel a few times and I love your style. I have watched Sarah at She Holds Dearly for a few years now. She is also a sister Christian and she seems very approachable as a person to watch. She really does inspire. When I thrift I think would Sarah pick up this piece😊? That antique store , with the transformative music in the background was awesome! I really love the wall book covers with the gold faces. So unique ,and reminds me of your son's bedroom. Love all your finds and can't wait to see your Christmas decor. I know it will be amazing, But.... as a grandma, who is not tech savvy.... I am so sad I cannot purchase your art through the mail. They look look great with flowers, bottlebrush trees, little ghosties, ... i love the swivel frame, too. Yours is a great size. The only one I've found is only about 3×4. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Funny, I just asked in your Dickens video where you got those books. The Christmas Book with David Copperfield are going for $275 on E-Bay, but I wanted the Old Curiosity Shop. $5 a piece was excellent - I'm so jealous! However, I did find the same volumes in Pickwick Papers for $19.99, so I ordered them instead because I loved the way they were bound. Somehow I wound up with your videos after watching She Holds Dearly and she had done a collab with Pine and Prospect Home. I do love that touch of Victorian. Subscribing now.

OMG. I so wish that antique store was in VA, saw so many things I wanted, LOL!!! I did, however, notice a few things that I actually own myself!! Just finding your channel and love it!! My Mom grew up in Kansas, many areas (Eureka, Florence. Sedan, Wichita...), what part of Kansas are you in? I finally was able to see Kansas for the first time this year driving out to Colorado for the Plein Air Convention. I now see why my Mom loved it so much and what she meant by how beautiful the sky is there, wow!!! Love your decorating ideas, I'm going to have to watch more often!!

What a lovely haul. Have fun decorating with your finds. I'm wondering if the large, vintage frame has a gesso finish. I have an antique mantel mirror with similar detailing that my mom would call gesso. Just curious... thx for your channel.
