Fireworks here happen whenever the folks down the hill feel like it. Our 4 year old Bernese is terrified. Once they begin he pants for 5-6 hours. No matter what we have tried.. Even meds, nothing has helped. It is heartbreaking. Have a safe night! ❤

What makes you decide to put a copic base on a Karron portrait vs just using pencil? I see that the Copic actually makes a smooth base and then you work a very long time with the pencil. Wondering if I should purchase the Copic colours that you have and always use them as a base or only some times? Do you always put down a Copic base on this type of page? As well, how is it that you know exactly where to place the fine details of colour? I am always amazed. when I watch you create. I haven't seen anyone on KZread colour as instinctively as you. You are a natural. I am so impressed with what you do, that there have often been times when I refuse to tune in because I get frustrated with my work after seeing what you do. I however tune in every once in a while to see what you are up to and to hopefully pick up a tip here and there and basically hope that what I am viewing will sink in in some way. I. remember that you said that you just started colouring and it just clicked and that you have no formal training or background in art?? Have you ever tried creating your own pieces other than colouring books? I would love to see you make a video that describes your colouring journey as a beginner till now. What is your thought process? What are your colouring struggles, what do you love to work on and what is not your favourite and why, why do you choose specific mediums over others for particular pieces, What tips do you have, tell us about why Zucchini and why you came up with that name, what does your cat look like? Those are just some suggestions. Take good care and I'm glad that you and Kitty got through the fireworks! Final question... Do you find that you need to use an oil based pencil on Amazon paper because a Prisma or other wax based just doesn't cooperate? Do you find that many printed grayscale on Amazon paper is not pencil friendly at all? I find some books have a grainy texture over the grayscale yet Karron's paper and Lazareva's Grayscale Amazon paper is smoother and likes oil based. I would love to have a list of Amazon books that take pencil well. I have had some that can't be used at all.

Hi Karen. I bought some Dual Tip Alcohol Art Markers. I'm wondering, in the blender one do we have to fill it with something? If so whit what? Nowhere they tell. Many thanks. P.S.: I LoVe the work you do!

The blender pen has a liquid in it, it will blend some colors, but take away others. It is colorless, mostly used to wick away colors that bleed out of the lines
