The backsplash is beautiful but might be hard to keep clean. Glad they got 2 full baths, just wished one was attached to a master.

Like all their work, the house turned out beautifully. The grey backsplash did the trick, although I would have like to have the blue upboards. 👏👏👍

Personally, I would have hated blue cabinets, as they are very limiting to color options. Also, that tile will be murder to keep clean.

3D backsplash? Whoever buys that house will be cursing the tile choice. They are impossible to clean.

Blue cabinets would have been extremely limiting. Not everyone likes blue. The backsplash will be absolute murder to keep clean. I wonder how she didn't think of that. 🤔 That being said, the house was majorly upgraded and improved. Now the new owners can put their own stamp on it. They made BANK on that house.

They were not going to do blue cabinet in the beginning. The cabinet box they used is for flat panel cabinet only. That is why they can make the show more drama.

Miss seeing the potential buyers reactions 😒

The little cutouts in shower walls are such a tease. They hold very little and do nothing for the real showerer. No hooks for back brushes or thingy wash rags. Don't hold tooth brush/pastes, razors, clippers. They don't provide mirror, wash rag, combs. A nice pop out bench, a grab bar, lighting adjustment, radio... Towels, robes, additional bath products... These move in ready homes really leave out a lot. I've always liked 2-3 view mirror for hair and wardrobe too. No medicine cabinets, towel closet. If I ever had my way, I'd build some privacy at the toilet and shower. And tubs would allow for a good soak that plus size people can enjoy.

$4500. for a small area of termite effected drywall sounds crazy. Whether it needs to be mudded, repainted also, means nothing. Looks like no more than a $500 to a thousand job.

Why do I even watch these? Christina has three crayons in her box--black, gray, and white. Could they not have painted those cabinets? Anything but gray! Everything is gray!

What's with tarec with chewing gum cap on ( often sideways LOL ) WEARING BIG CHAINS ACTING / walking often holding his crotch areas talking in a different voice I'm ok with him But I can see how Christina can easily get tired of him it's easy to see how he can get on someones nerves,😢😮😅😊

Not impressed with this house at all.

Gray/grey is NOT a color. It is as boring and cold and uninspiring as all-white would be. MOSTLY, THIS IS JUST COLD.
