I really appreciate this conversation. God is helping me improve my mental health gradually, day by day. I went through trauma as a child and in a past relationship before getting married. I have PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Some people told me I was possessed by a demon, but I was simply reaching out for help. Thankfully, God is good, and I have an excellent therapist who is helping me develop positive coping strategies. So I'm very grateful for this discussion. Conversations like this are really needed, especially within the church community. Thank you all so much.

Keep on doing what the church won't do. Thank you all for putting yourselves out there, and showing that being a believer does not make you a superhuman.

Forgot to mention how loving it was to watch you all talk that brother off the proverbial ledge he was on. I cannot imagine what he is going through. I have experienced that with several people I knew and it's a very difficult time to be in and go through. I mean it when I say if only I had a Pastor like you. God bless Mr. Woods you are a man who absolutely has love for the body of Christ.
