Don't ever let anyone kill your enthusiasm.

I purchased one of the first Ranger's back in late 2020 and had a problem right away with the action being loose in the stock. I spoke with CA customer service and came up with a solution that solved that problem, but I am also having issues with the bolt feeding rounds into the chamber, it's very tight and requires some effort.....not very smooth! AND.....I also have trouble with the original mag release lever. It's very touchy and just as you mentioned, difficult to get the mag to drop out. I plan to call CA back again and see if they can send me a return label so I can get these issues resolved. ALL THAT SAID, I really like the rifle....very accurate and lightweight.

@@rimfiretruckdriver4446 I will keep you posted.....I see they now require the gun to ship to an FFL instead of directly to your home.....that's new and a bit of a hassle where I live. Not many dealers around unfortunately.

I get 3/8’ groups at 100 yards with CCI standard velocity. Love this gun.

I had the same problem with My Ranger but CA customer service was very helpful at rectifying my rifles issues. It is now working FLAWLESSLY! Sub 1 MOA at 100 yards! CA firearms for life...

If you could find the Yellow Jacket by Remington they always shot great out of my Marlin model 60 but I’m not sure if they make them anymore

A rifle any rifle is just like a guitar it has to be tuned. Very very seldom will a person come across two exactly alike rifles that shoot the same ammo exactly like the other

Nice rifle but for the money accuracy doesnt really cut it. My 10/22 with kidd barrel under 1/2 inch all day.
