Chris Watts Body Language Analysis Compilation for Background

Many people have let me know that they use my videos to help themselves relax. With that in mind, I am going to start making long-form compilations of various series with all the fun, but unfortunately, loud intro and outro music removed to help keep things quiet. Because I do need to keep the lights on, this video has a few ads. However, if you are interested in the ad-free version, head over to my Patreon. The video will be available to all tiers over there. Thank you again for watching!

When her car was there,Nicole had that gut feeling. When Chris went in and didn't just invite them in,she was starting slowly go into panic mode.See her rush in the door. Then when phone was found it looked like she was going to lose it.She already knew by then. That phone was her business. That was Bizzare how she snapped her hand back when she touched it,like she got shocked. She looked so sickened when her purse was found, esp her medicine in it.By then even the cop knew.Chris deserves an award for his presentation of someone who's guilty as heck, esp watching himself on video and that bizzare commercial.Chris new the camera was pointed there, but under all that stress, completely forgot. The irony is his neighbor pointed it there to catch the thief who was stealing from Chris's truck and caught him in a crime.😅

What really pisses me off is Tammy got so much flack for being nice to him and I can’t believe people don’t really realize that is a tactic. She always said she hated him and couldn’t even stand to look at him but, it is a tactic. It is designed to make him feel safe, like you said. also - he did confess and while that’s all well and dandy - now they need to find where the bodies are and build a case against him. Someone can confess all They want but if there’s no bodies, no evidence - just what they can come up with. Then, how can you convict somebody? I really never understood why people hated her so much for that- it’s a tactic!!

Also, during one of the documentaries I have watched, Tammy sat crying as she had to relive that heartbreaking tragedy and has stated how much it affected her and will always. She spoke about the pure disgust she felt for Chris and especially after admitting where his little girls were at that time. She was just appalled and sickened by Chris, but until his family was found, she had to stay hyper focused and compartmentalize as her emotions would deter her and she had a job to do, help bring four innocent lives home and receive proper burial and closure. He made her skin crawl. She is incredible, however so are the fireman, police, first responders, and everyone who worked on this tragedy, especially the individuals who had to retrieve the children.

Something that I think is odd is that whenever the cops ask him something like, "Do you know which shoes they normally wear?" or "Can you call to see if her bank account has any activity?" his reaction is so chill and casual. If my spouse and (fictional) kids were missing, I would jump at those suggestions. Oh, which shoes *would* he be wearing? Let me go check the closet and see if I notice any are gone. Oh, you're right, I *should* call the bank! Of course, I'll do that now! I know people handle stress and trauma in different ways, it's just weird to see a supposedly worried, grieving man seem so uninterested and unbothered as the cops try to figure out where his family went.

The empty cracks begin to show to those who are kind but not charming, making it hard to maintain a real relationship. It's so fucking sad.

I feel like Chris has the type of personality where in general, he wasn't a "rule breaker" type of guy, so it was easy for these interrogators to appeal to his rule keeping side. Outside of this one huge "rule break" in his life, CW has always played the part of family man, husband and generally agreeable human being with EVERYONE. To receive such hostility from these two as a rule keeper, is profound. He feels like a child being scolded. He could've walked out at any time, and yet once he was told "you lied and we know it", he felt exposed. He only took risks since meeting mistress NK, and she's not with him. He's alone, notably without his wife's usual input and direction, and HE IS LOST!

My favorite thing about body language analysis is it puts all of our gut feelings and weird vibes into words. I know it still doesn’t have a 100% accuracy rating for the most part, but still. Whether we can put it into words or not, we can recognize when something is wrong with someone. Some things are easy to spot like Chris not being visibly upset at his missing wife and children, but other things like his change in his hand movements, self soothers, and his lack of body mimicries all stick out to us. Since we can’t name it, our brains just say something is terribly wrong. It’s fascinating how we just instinctually know when someone’s behavior is off. It makes you think of the concept of uncanny valley. Can psychopaths/ sociopaths, or people with those tendencies, trigger some kind of uncanny valley response? Do our brains recognize that someone’s behavior isn’t similar enough to my own, so they must pose a threat of some kind? Fascinating.

My daughters and grandchildren are my life and to think that's all they have left. That evil cretin robbed them of their entire future. You could see the absolute love and devotion Frankie and his parents had for Shanann and the girls. The Watts family defend their evil spawn and foul-mouth Shanann and blame HER for being m@rdered by their welp. She may not have been perfect, but he had NO right to annihilate his entire family. EVEN IF he had issues with her, it wouldn't explain why he hurt the girls. They are outrageous and obviously extremely toxic. The entire lot is sociopathic. Disgusting!

He's got that weird lumbering gate like Brian Laundrie has a duck walk. Uncomfortable in their own skin reads as inappropriate behavior because it is the furthest thing from natural. Another one who attached himself to a take charge woman and turned their initial admiration for them into resentment because it became apparent how wimpy and cowardly those guys really are. In both the Watts and Laundrie cases, the same question was posed. "Why didn't he just walk away?" The answer is that individuals, be it male or female, who are disordered in this way, target their intended victim from the outset. The target was ALWAYS going to be devalued at some point and then disposed of on the predator's terms. The steps aren't obviously thought out to a tee, and ends up being somewhat impulsive because they find out they can't control every reaction by their victim. So the last phase of their twisted cycle becomes a nonsensical series of events due to their ineptitude at handling anything. It's disturbingly fascinating the way the details of these cases reveal a little more of the M.O. of these individuals who lurk among us.

I am a retired Clinical Psychologist. Prior to my retirement I worked for several decades as a counsellor at a sexual assault centre - part of my job was to provide court support for survivors. I’ve never met or spoken with Chris Watts or anyone directly related to this case, so I can’t give any more than what are my own opinions on CW’s behaviour. Ok, that said - it’s my opinion that CW shows all the classic markers of a sociopathic narcissist, and I absolutely agree with your analysis of him. I also strongly suspect his mother is also a sociopath with a severe case of narcissism. Quite frankly, it’s my personal belief that the entire Watts family are mentally ill. My opinion is solely based upon the evidence (video, audio and written) that’s been available online, so once again, please keep in mind this is NOT an actual diagnosis. FWIW, although I very definitely agree with you that they did a fantastic job during the interrogation, I do have to say that even after all this time my heart still drops when the female interrogator unintentionally gives CW an “out” (that FALSE story that Shanann was the girls’ murderer). Watts, his family & friends and many members of the public caused Shanann’s loved ones immeasurable heartbreak, way over & above the immense grief they would normally already be dealing with due to the murders.

  • @Andreamom001

Giving him that “out” is a standard interrogation technique. A person is often willing to admit to a lesser crime or admit to being there or admit to part of the crime if they feel like it was somehow okay or that people will not look badly at them. It’s rare that someone like Chris would admit to the true events, but getting him to admit to any of it is incriminating enough for a conviction.

@@Andreamom001 I agree. Chris immediately saw a way to lessen his culpability. "I killed her because she murdered my beloved children". He kept it up until he was interviewed in prison. Even then, I think he only told the truth because he hoped it would be considered in his wild hope that he will eventually be considered for parole. He's a dangerous man. He could have happily lived with the death of his wife and children, if it meant he could have moved on with his relationship with NK. She, however, would not have moved on with him after finding out, on the news. That his wife was pregnant. She was shocked at that because Chris had claimed to be living in the basement, which was actually a guest room, as he and Shannan were separated.

I always appreciate how you give a heads up when it is a dark and disturbing story, and even sometimes give suggestions on ways to watch this content so you have support or ways to not let become mentally as harmful to watch. I have always had anxiety, and though I do watch stuff like this, it has greatly affected my anxiety at times and it has taken a long time to know how to view it best and set boundaries for myself so it doesn't put me into a rabbit hole of inescapable anxiety. I wish i would have had your suggestions earlier in life.

But the way she talk in her youtube video about how to get rich, its terrible. And her house at the time he disepare should be a crime scene andcthey should gobover everything, but nothing other than send a letter about his death t years after was done. Today all can sitt and wonder. And isnt she on her 4 husband to now, not that that need to be and thing, but i would be seen at the hole thing not only something.

This was really good. I’ve watched all these before but having them together is pretty awesome. Thanks for all your hard work. I’m so fascinated ( and really heartbroken) by this case because up until the moment he killed them he never showed any red flags that this was coming. I can’t understand how without any physical or emotional abuse from him that Shanann could have had any inkling that she and her children were in mortal danger. It’s absolutely terrifying to put yourself in her shoes ( which I think most women try to do) and realize that this was the ultimate betrayal. I cannot imagine what went through her mind as he was strangling her knowing her babies were unprotected in their beds. I’m not a religious person but if anyone deserves to find peace in heaven it’s Shanann, Bella, Celeste and Nico.

i doubt it was remorse, or guilt. it was shame. guilt comes from betraying some kind of internal morality… he has no internal morality. shame comes from social rejection. he only cares about what others think of him and his social position.
