What I want to know is:what are the chances of seeing the end of co-governance crap, calling the country by a name other than New Zealand, and making all things in government so Maori language centred that it is incomprehensible to the rest of us, I.e. the 83% of us who are not Maori?

I need to alter my comment, but to ensure people see it, I've decided to write a new one. I've jumped ship from NZF to NZLoyal - the main reason is NZF is full of politicians, whereas NZLoyal is a grassroots movement, full of average folk like you and I - farmers, small business owners, or indeed individuals that are sick to death of the totalitarianism communist regime we have found ourselves in. I refuse to say 'you must vote this or that' but I encourage anyone to simply check out NZLoyals' policy statements, what their candidates have to say, and make your own decision. What I do know is that, judging by history, voting to and fro National/labour and their sidekicks (green/act) , absolutely nothing has changed, our national situation has got worse and worse. If we want real change, we have to basically force them out of parliament via the 2023 election.

@@Investment_Hedgehog I'm not telling you what to do, but would urge you to considering party voting ACT (they're a different party to when they were in coalition with National back in 2008-2011, they also only had 5 MPs over that period) or NZ First if you don't want your party vote to go to waste. They are realistically the only two parties with a change of going over the party threshold (ACT definitely will and NZ First looking increasingly likely) to be in a position to hold the weak, drippy, entitled (and increasingly out of touch) National to account. I think ACT most likely to do it, tbh.

People loved the lockdowns and they loved living in a nanny state and getting paid to stay at home, (which was all going to have to be paid for at some point!)Luckily we had a ‘safe space’ when covid wasn’t about to get out and vote, and she won in a landslide! The voter loved her. Personally I was very surprised at how many people voted for her based entirely on her approach to covid and not for a single policy (that all failed). There was an alternative to all her nonsense and that was Sweden, but back then nobody wanted to talk about that… and then when the sauce came out people lined up to get that and discriminated against their friends, neighbours and family for no getting it. I think we should all be ashamed and not pass it off as hindsight. And yes we are all paying for Ardern’s fascism and her government’s failed policies and much more than that we should be talking about the 15%-20% rise in deaths over the past two years in NZ (and other Western countries) across all age groups.
