As someone also with a chronic illness, i think he's just conserving energy. You do things like that that no one would ever notice or think about but it's always an internal chess game.

Chadwick's screentime in Endgame are more emotional than the last time I watched it .If I knew that was the last time I see him in a black panther suit ,I would cherish it whole heartedly .
