This is right before that huge thunderstorm came rolling.
What a brilliant blow out!! Like the rhythm section drive too.
Kinda sounds like dexter Gordon on some of the phrases
he is the only tenor player around that could give Joel Frahm a good cutting contest ..now wouldn't that be something to see two giants of the sax sluggin it out .....and when they got tired then Eric Alexander .Joshua Redman .and James Carter could take over ...wow I would be in sax heaven

Whooooooa!!! Chops beyond belief!!! But always music with Chris....And his timing is one of the most amazing I've ever heard....Man...whoooa Those double time passages are just so clean at lightening speed and you can hear every note... Man....

Just came across the longer clip, so now know it was at the Rubber City Jazz & Blues Festival in Akron, Ohio on August 27th., 2016 when Chris was playing with the Dan Wilson Trio

Where did you come across the longer clip? I would like to see it. I was at this concert and Chris played Caravan in 7/4 I think. Burned the building down
