Such an awesome time for music. 1975 through 1985. This time frame, music was at its best, in my opinion. This time made such a huge impression on all of us that were like sponges and just soaked all of it up. These musical heroes impacted such a large number of lives all over the world. Cheers to you both for doing these interviews and bringing this to the masses. Thank you.

Again, a great interview - some more stuff from Mr Payne is always a pleasure! But I'd loved to hear about his cult endeavours - Electronic Circus ("Direct lines") and Night Moves ("Transdance"). Maybe next time? :)

Only just bumped into your podcast guys. Thanks, its great to hear facts and stories from The Engineers and Heroes of the then and now. Would also love to hear from Tik and Tok. Was at Wembley 81 and they with Shock were great support.

Fantastic reaction to a wonderful performance. If you haven't already yoh should react to the tribute for George Harrison at his induction to the Rock and Roll hall of fame. Prince's guitar solo is immense❤

In the beginning I was a fan of Gary Numan, Ultravox, Phil Lynott en many more and didn’t know they they worked together. Later on this puzzle came together and I loved it.

Lets be honest numans nowhere near back to where he was not by a long shot. One night at Wembley which didnt sell out. He's received his dues for those first few albums and rightly so but he's not selling out arenas just look at the acoustic tour. Great interview.

@electroniccafemusic Chris is a gentleman. I spoke to him after hammy PPT 79, where he came out and spoke to all the fans there. Again, spoke to him.many times over the years and Chris has always reacted brilliantly with fans.
