@@drmichaelweir to be fair, it was when I started as it felt all weird not eating 3 meals. We’ve been told for years that we need breakfast and I never really enjoyed it and felt it i necessary and then I started skipping it without realising once I’d left home. Then I discovered keto and fasting and realised I’d been pretty much doing it all the time and only needed a few tweaks to get it right. The hardest part has been wishing I’d started sooner with the ketogenic lifestyle (it’s not a “diet”) ❤️

@summumbonum1619
Жыл бұрын
@@drmichaelweir it really can’t be summed up in one thing. I did a lot of healing with PTSD, understanding. I suppose you learn a lot about who you are, what you are capable of, and your limits. Happiness and gratefulness for even water alone changes the way you see life/food/happiness/satisfaction. On a molecular level and dna repair wise, 100% recommend. everything got reset. cholesterol, testosterone, vitamind, hba1c, all optimal for me! Burning ketones and going through the process and days alone.. burning all that old fat was very emotional at times. Cried a lot for a couple days. Around day 10 o felt like a switch was turned on and everything was better. I knew I was done but pushed it 2 more days. That wasn’t hard at all, I wish I would have sone more. I lost a ton of fat and skin, hair loss stopped, I few and look much younger, smarter, more confident. Skin is the best it’s ever been, lm a different person. Old “friends” don’t recognize me. I’m more intuitive and I can hear my inner dialogue… I can in a way program it. It takes time but I think it’s supposed to, it’s a process. It helped me keep my son. I was about to start a court battle for custody of my son started by my ex wife… I cannot imagine my life now if I wouldn’t have sone this. I can wear anything and feel comfortable. I believe this feeling is what people go their whole lives looking for, but are distracted with false ones. Religion, career, family, hobbies, friends, food. But health in my opinion could help everyone find what they need. Being healthy feels great. I documented through Instagram I’m pretty sure I still have the stories from that fast. I did many more after and still fast regularly. But not so many days. 1 day fast is a no brainer. My insta is @ad_summum_bonum oh I also reversed diabetics, and I “had” RA. I live a pain free life now.

@@drmichaelweir I did use minerals with water and I wasn’t drinking as much water as I see most people drinking but felt good. I had done a 6 day water fast before and was so dehydrated even though I was drinking a lot of water. Once I learned my ratios for sodium/magnesium and potassium I was drinking 1 liter a day. It was so nice not having to pee every 10 min. It also made me realize how important hydration is and how most of us live our entire lives dehydrated. I eventually read the book “the salt fix” and started experimenting with salts. I believe I could write my own book on how to use salts to optimize your body even further to that of an athlete. Paired with a nutrient dense diet, fasting, hydration, resistance training (true🤣), and flexibility/mobility, anyone can reach their full potential. 🦁

Yup fasting is good I do fasting for 1 week too cause I need to clean my intestine and it's helps your mind think more clearer ☺️
