Dr. Michael Weir is a second generation doctor of chiropractic following in the foot steps of his father and two uncles. Being in daily private practice gives him a powerful edge as he is daily interacting with him patients to understand what your greatest health issues are.
Dr. Weir uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of his patients. This is why his approach to health focus's on three different areas: Eat Great, Move Great, Think Great, and Rest Great. "If you miss any one of those four areas of health, its like pulling out one of the legs off a table. The table won't stand very long, and your health won't either if you neglect any one of the 4 areas."
Dr. Weir was educated at Life Chiropractic College West where he received his doctorate in Chiropractic. He is constantly learning through continuing education, and staying current on research of what it means for himself, his family, his patients, and his students to stay healthy in this crazy, busy world.

Yes I have a few people By the way I love your vibe sir
I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a long time now and the benefits are amazing! Increased cognitive skills, memory, repairing the gut and clearing out your body of old dying cells, autophagy, ketosis, stem cell production increases, resting the digestive system. It’s brilliant!
@@youtooaromatherapyyoga2991 I am going on 18 months and it really is the best! What is your greatest struggle in doing it?
@@drmichaelweir to be fair, it was when I started as it felt all weird not eating 3 meals. We’ve been told for years that we need breakfast and I never really enjoyed it and felt it i necessary and then I started skipping it without realising once I’d left home. Then I discovered keto and fasting and realised I’d been pretty much doing it all the time and only needed a few tweaks to get it right. The hardest part has been wishing I’d started sooner with the ketogenic lifestyle (it’s not a “diet”) ❤️

Yes
The western world is seeing the benefits of fasting and gratitude, the Islamic world has been doing this for 1500 years !

Attia is wrong on too many things for me.
I hear on this. For me I want to use his info as a stepping stone to do some research on my own. He does have some good stuff too…
Cool. Yep, he does have some good stuff, but he's changed his mind on things (which is ok) and dead wrong on others. He studied cancer, not the other things he's giving his 'opinion' on let's not forget. It's no more than an opinion.@@drmichaelweir
Islam teach us (human) to fast one month in Ramadhan and every Monday & Thursday (every week). Let us revert back to God. Islam just not for arab people, but to all mankind. 🙏🏻
❤️
Ya but what about the colita de rana???
🤷♂️
Fasting also used in Christianity for prayer and gratefulness will put you in line for blessings
🔥🔥🔥
It really works.. 👌👌 I did it a couple of times, when going through bad times
I love that! Thank you for sharing your experience!
You're welcome 🙏
I did! But never a full day. I did intermittent fasting. But I think i’d like to try it!
It’s definitely worth an experiment. I think you will like how you feel!
i love you sweetheart!
❤️
😁😁❤
❤️
I love doing it every once in a while
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Yes I did when I was working in Dubai to support my Muslim brothers & sisters during Ramadan. I'm not gonna lie, it was effing hard in the beginning. But oh boy.. it was worth it for so many good reasons. - Health Benifits - Gratitude for food, never wasted food since then. - The feeling - And the appreciation received from fellow Muslim brothers and sisters were awesome #spreadlovenothate
I love this!! Thank you so much for sharing!
I need to forgive my cousin. He is always making me look bad by being amazing.
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
I don't want to call BS on that, but are those epidemiological studies? Could it be that people who USE saunas regulary are on average more ''prone'' to be healthier due to their other life choices? Is it really okay to say ''sauna = longetvity'' ???
With any study we need to raise the issue of causation vs. correlation as you have. For me it simply raises the point that more research might be beneficial to explore your questions with greater depth. Thank you for sharing!
I am going to go way out on a limb and speculate that people that are in poorer health are less likely to want to strip and wrap themselves in a towel while enduring extreme heat exposure. But hey, I could be totally wrong about that
My sauna was $149 on Amazon. Looks like a tent. Works the same as a commercial sauna. I’ve experienced both.
That’s awesome! Thank you for sharing your experience. I’ve been looking at those, so hearing that it’s worked for you is very helpful.
I have fasted many times, just not in the last couple of years. Just this morning I was thinking if I should fast for a day once a week and now this pops up in my feed. I love Chris Martin and now he has given me the answer to my question 🥰
That’s amazing!!!
What's on the back of his right arm?
I believe it’s a blood glucose monitor that sends the readings to his phone.
God is great😊
👏👏👏
The Icelanders and Scandinavians have been doing this for centuries. Fish oil, saunas, etc. all good for you. My wife and I get in our swim spa year round, we're outside in our bathing suits in the middle of January, in Syracuse, NY. The temp. of the water is 104 degrees, after about 5 minutes our winter hats come off. It's fantastic, now I'm thinking of getting one of those portable saunas.
I love it!
I just do yard work in the Florida heat.
Yep! That’ll do it!
i don’t get why people hate coldplay! chris is such a down to earth guy 💗
So weird right?
I want to be strong relative to my size and weight but also explosive n quick
I LOVE it!!!
Yes, I have fasted and I also felt much better. ❤😊
I love that!!! Pretty amazing how powerful fasting can be!
I fast once a week too. It's called inflation and cost-of-living increases.
😂 dang ain’t that the truth!
OR, if it is Summer, just go sit in your hot car. Cheapest, easiest sauna ever. Just put towels down so you don’t soak the seats in sweat.
😂 great idea! Just make sure the car is turned off and not sitting in a closed garage! Yikes!
3 days, twice in my 45 years but at least 1-2 times a week 24-36h and daily min 16 h
Amazing! What a powerful practice for your body!
What happened to the rest of this series? I was hoping to see a How To video on the back/shoulder.
I started this series a few weeks before I had hand surgery and then proceeded to need four more after that. It’s been a crazy year, but I am planning on getting back to that series soon!
By the way…THANK YOU for watching!
A psychologist told me to do that.
Such a powerful technique! Have you tried it?
What about Turkish sauna?
As I understand it, it has to do with the heat so any type of sauna should work.
I am a moslem , i fast 1 month on Ramadhan that is a must as a moslim , and i add fast 2 times a week on Monday and Thursday , just to gain pahala from Allah and for my health , for well being
❤️
His voice is so peaceful ❤
