@thrustmegatron Nosir...Mr Chris Ledoux was World Champion Bronc rider in 1976.
this is real country. not the sappy stuff of today
Round up those angels and you got a choir. May you rest in peace
one very scary song and story too.
good show good show
I remember Square dancing to this song in p.e. In Gillette Wyoming. Good times!
Ya rip thers one hell of a cowboy in heaven
Voice got better with age! The best;
The closest I came to living this video was when I fell off some barges on the Mississippi River and saw them coming towards me. Neither Mark Spitz or Michael Phelps could have caught me swimming clear that night.
he could have ran for governor of Wyoming....and won! the pride of Wyoming. RIP cowboy
You can't make this shit up unless you have lived it!
You know what would have been great if it had happened? A Chris LeDoux- Marty Robbins duet. A whole album would've been REAL good.
I love this video
he talked the talk and walked the walk, he was the real deal
UNDERRATED
Immer... beim Grillen..wenn es dunkel ist. Am 14.2. Erstmalig ein saftiges Steak draufgeschmissen. Dazu Whiskey. Landweite und Zufriedenheit.❤
Without Chris LeDoux I don't think there would have been a Garth Brooks
I’m going to miss you I happy I got to meet you even tho I was yong you and my dad had a good time rodeoing
And yes he was a real cowboy he won the gold belt buckle
Such a talent...such a loss...
A good cowboy !
Awesome version! Could you try doing this with chris ledoux stampede!? It would be awesome with your touch added to it.
He started off as a bull rider, then one day at a rodeo one of the officials said that he had potential... then was when he found his true calling! Bareback and Music!! Just Le Doux It!!!

Lonestar vibes

@@haroldlund4513 Harold, it's called "8 second ride"... My Dad would stick this song on repeat, and make me listen, while I did my extracurricular studies. He also made me do some mutton bustin, but that's another story, and another singer/song.
"These longhorn cattle are getting restless, god help us all, they stamped" The cattle are literally herefords and Angus. Maybe a few charlais mutts 🤣

They may be 'shorthorns' but they can still do some damage!!
Long horns are mean Machines
A great singer gone too soon

Chris was probably that one person who when insulted would laugh and offer that person a beer

That's usually the type that you want to let it go at that. You push too far & they'll show you how outmatched you are.
Dude- when I die I'm going to bother Chris until he sings his songs- if I don't end up in hell
