Ok the frame i picked up from a local craft store that has a screenprinting section but you can get them online. Same with all the equipment. And i printed the sheets at a local fedex kinkos. The brand im using is "Speedball" look it up.

hey thanks for running down the process you print raster images on the projector film? also can you detail a little how the transfer from film to silk screen works I saw you put it about three feet under a heat lamp for ten minutes is that really all?

@zacharysargent you need a photo editing software, then take your image and invert it to a negitive and give it to a printing place and tell them you want it on a transperancie sheet. make sure your image is a negitive though!

@GoombaPLUR any printing store. i got mine from Fedex Kinkos...

theres really no preference. just make sure you burn your image on the side you put the emulsion. its gonna leak through anyways.

Could you tell me how strong the light has to be and what type of emulsion/ink is the best for this?

for the light can you just buy light bulbs for emulsion burning or do you need a type of emulsion light?

why do you put the emulsion on the back of the screen as apposed to the front?

Why do you tape off the screen right before doing the printing?

You dont have to. The sell the remover to remove the image. Yea you print the logos on the transparency paper, but you need a lazer printer. you cant use inkjet.
