Before the biggest British fight of the year was “prohibited” by The British Boxing Board of Control, Men's Health sat down with Chris Eubank Jr for an intimate conversation.
The boxer was as loquacious as ever, eager to discuss everything from what he does between training camps to the pitfalls young fighters face on social media. In particular, he had a lot to say about rival Conor Benn, the man with whom he was destined to share a ring - and to pick up the baton on a rivalry that is already three decades old.

Purity! Boxers need to take responsibility for what they ingest as it is a sport where an athlete can easily be tarnished. It’s a shame the fight got cancelled but it was the right move. It would have been interesting to see him fight Benn

Wrong taran with a small t, he is NOT ready, he is too old, if he was going to be a World Champion, it would have happened already, also he is just NOT good enough, Charlo, or any of the other Champions at s/m & m, dont rate him. he had the chance to fight triple G 6/7 years ago, but his old man kept asking for more, & more money, unntil triple G said "forget it", & that,s when it was offered to Kell Brook for the same money. Eubank Jr is good on a British & European level, but as for being a World Champion, no chance.
