Chris is such a powerhouse!! I love listening to him play simple in the pocket. Even though he plays all styles at a master level I can still see him playing metal. One of the best in the game!!
Chris vaporized his drum set at around 3:50. He's amazing to watch.....time, speed and power. He's got it all.
Indeed he could handle metal and anything else in the music spectrum. The power, finesse, technicality as well as the simplicity at times makes this dude one of my Mount Rushmore of drummers

Ive been a fan of coleman for years now! He's one of those guys that can play anything and is also able to express it musically, which is not something every drummer can do. He truly is a drummers drummer.
I could watch this all day

Lol...there's literally nothing about Chris Coleman that makes him different from any other technical nerd on youtube... That's what you nerds will never understand: there's more to music than what is written on the page. Some people will work even harder than Chris and never be able to play like this. That is a fact of psychology.

That's one of the main problems of the people who doesn't get what they want and don't know why. You don't have to work that HARD, you have to work RIGHT
never too late,i just got into this beauty .....what i was missing.........goosebumps at 2:42
Some drummers keep time, but Chris transcends it.

Shaquille Noel If I'm not mistaken, in one of his videos he said he uses a 18" Meinl Byzance medium thin brilliant crash.
Does anyone know where i can find/purchase the backing track to this (drumless)?
I'd love to know which model of Sonor this is - it's got Sound Sustainer tom mounts but the SQ1 never came in a white colour... I'm confused.

What time signature was it during the solo part ?
I’ve tried many times to play with my Toms flat. I always seem to hit the rim more than anything when trying to go around the Toms lol
