The King of Tone in the Mick Taylor setting, well done.

Obviously your playing is incredible (I can tell it’s you even when you are playing a completely clean sound) but what I also love is your incredibly dry sense of humour! The “talent enhancement centre” is the greatest name for most guitarists pedalboards! 😂
Chris your playing has always been amazing but it’s become so dynamic. Every note. Wow

I am amazed how quickly Chris switches between finger picking and using a pick, so effortless and really increases his dynamics and tone.
Your thought process reveals why you are such a remarkable player. One word - tasteful.
Jesus Christ the tone when he was combining the Echorec and Trellicopter. The man's a savant

Check out a similar and very interesting use of a parallel long delay after a swell pedal on David Gilmour's live version of Shine On You Crazy Diamond. He plays drier leads while the echo continues. You might love it as much as I do.

@@johnmalcolm4822 I've heard it before but never knew how he got that tone. Thanks a bunch mate will listen again with new enjoyment
I’ve already seen Chris demo his rig multiple times and yet I can never get enough. He’s the best. I’d love to see a signal chain diagram someday lol
Love the Album Chris, it’s been played every day we’ve had it,the band is fantastic. Many thanks
I love chris on his Yamaha, but I also can’t wait to see him back with his strats more often haha
Hearing the Tell Me How It Feels solo in isolation.. wow! That is an awesome solo.
I love that, no matter what kind of video you put out it always starts with you playing guitar. Your guitar playing is the "hook".
Outstanding Chris !!!! ...the rig is to die for !!!...I hope the upcoming shows and tour are a blast !!! ...Cardinal Black Rules !!!!!....
Still watching every second of this in may 24. And sitting here with my mouth open. His talent is REMARKABLE
Absolutely loved that. Thanks for the rundown!
The demo around the Echorec was SUBLIME
The new guitar hero 👏 A place well deserved. I would say that Mr Buck's phrasing is: Beck meets Trucks. So, obviously in good company. And truly awesome 👌

Well... Beck + Trucks = Buck. Simple math really.

The tone! Hot damn those revstars are the job
Love Buck. This was a fun one.
Just amazing playing and feel!! ❤❤ wow!
Awesome video. Again
This is great! Thanks!👍🎸👍🎸
🎸🔥 Thanks for sharing!!!
This might as well be a class I should have paid for. Jeesh! So good and I learned so much.
Superb
Very interesting stuff having such a responsive technique in your fingers does take your tone to a unique bucking level even without the pedals 😁
Brilliant. Great video. No over playing just what it needs. Btw, just get a helix and keep it simple!
Great vid. Was anything going through an FX loop?
You're at one with your tone Mr Buck! Did you say Dumbles and stuff?
Can’t stop watching chris rig tour videos 🤣 I think i know his signal path by heart hahaha only one question remains guys Do you think Chris plays like a Wet/Dry amp setup or switching amps ?

Anyone ?
Great Tones! Do you run the Snouse Black Box in 9v or 18v? Is it standard or classic mode? Thx!!! Keep Rocking!
That guitar is most definitely a key to Mr. Bucks current preferred sound. The treble pickup is very close to the bridge which gives the guitar great character. The P90s wide magnetic field is nice and warm while still able to cut when needed. Sweet.
Are you a Scott Henderson fan? Great array of distortion pedals and some great tones! I'm a big fan of tube overdrive. Any recommendations for good overdrive pedals?
Is the ep booster after your drives or at the end of the signal chain?
So he doesn’t subscribe to the modulation sounds better in the effects loop approach….sounds pretty darn good to me!

Compression, surely?
Who this guy?
Just an opinion and don’t mean to be mean but I think Chris’s skillset/level is far higher than the rest of his current band. I’d use the analogy if he was Jimmy Page he’s currently in the Yardbirds and really hope he gets to his Zeppelin.
😂😉 😎👍❤🖖
overusing a wah pedal 🤔 who would it be 😂
You're a good player, but, we've been doing that wah technique since the sixties...
Can’t explain massive campaign to promote this guy. Do not hear anything so special in his playing.

Chris Buck is one of the best contemporary guitarists in my view. Check out the 4 track EP. If you’re not a fan of Beck, Knopfler, Hendrix it may not be your thing.

Disagree with this one mate. Chris has impeccable control over the dynamics in his playing. He's a guitar player that delivers memorable lines in all of his solo's. He can rock many styles whilst incorporating his own techniques (micro bends/slides) with precision. Humble guy as well. check out his Friday Fretworks videos- I think the variety would appeal more to you

It all subjective. I don’t like shredder’s but they are great players. I don’t like jazz but they are amazing. I like rock /blues. A lot of people say Stevie Ray Vaughan was just a string bender. I saw him live and it was jaw dropping, it still effects me. I think Chris is easily one of the best guitarists in his style.
