@ Pamela Culp...sho u right. I've loved the blues since I was a child too, n now I'm 65. In the early 60's we lived around the corner from a "juke joint" n we had to pass by it whenever we went places. We had no automobile, therefore we walked everywhere we went, which was either, to school, to church, or downtown. So when we passed by this club, they were mostly always playing "Sweet Sixteen", or something. I wasn't listening to the words at that age, all I heard was those GUITARS TALKING, n I just loved that sound. The best part is:Whenever we passed by that club, n I heard one of my favorite songs on the jukebox, I would ask my mom if I could cross over on the other side of the street, so that I could WALK DIRECTLY in front of the club,😊 n she would. Even at that young age, the blues would move you, n I've been listening, n loving the blues EVERY since. Be safe, stay safe.
