Lumens is all bells and whistles. When you actually sign a contract with them, you will realise over time therir business model is really bad, from after sales support (constant changing of RMs), to servicing, to not caring about faulty systems and many more. The "basket" you mention is how they get you. When I went down to inquire, the sales rep kept quoting $6x/day for the car I wanted but failed to mention that $6x is "after rebates" when in fact, the daily rate which is deducted from your bank acct is actually $8x. They are sneaky that way. They will push new cars as much as they can even though you want a specific car which for them, is used. New cars tie you down for 1.5y minimum. Then you are stuck with that car for however long your contract is, even if you find that the car is not suitable fr you in the first few months, you cannot change. You can't test drive the cars also bcos the new cars are fresh off the cargo ship. I am returning my Lumens car this Friday and I'm pretty sure they will do whatever they have to to keep my as much of deposit as they can.
