Choshu Wagyu is a Hagi-born and Hagi-bred wagyu produced from a specific ranch in Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture. They are raised on rice straw from Hagi.

id recommend not doing as many cuts/edits, makes it feel very jumpy and ruins the feel a bit. also the zooming in is a little much, try to get everything in the shot, use zooming in sparingly. (feel like im backseating, imma shut up now lmao) 1 edit: damn that steak is blue rare.
