    I had to stop this workout. Amolia's slang/sloppy grammar made it impossible for me to continue. It was just too distracting. Plus, The actual movements described and packaged to sell this are performed only at the end of the videos for 6 minutes or so. It should ALL be functional movement. "Showders"..... "set beese". SMH. Just could not tolerate it. Not to mention the logistics of the workouts are a nightmare. Just try to figure out which one you should be doing today. Overall poorly done.
