You're the only one who wrote a balanced comment. His friends are annoyingly annoying! Jeeeeezzzz! But 30 minutes in, I agree; Asking people who just arrived how long they're staying when you already know is outright wrong! When you meet extremely annoying people like his friends, you follow them with wisdom until they move mad, then you can ask them to leave!

What the heck is she saying? Her audio is awful, she’s talking too softly and her dialogue is rubbish in that bedroom scene at 30:00 time stamp. I have to say I love these movies but I have to say where you can improve for better understanding and quality.
