NS Electric Strings are rebranded Helicore Strings (Blue & Gold Silk at the Ball End again).
Ascente Strings can be used on Electric Violins.
Very informative and helpful discussion. Thank you!
Thank You So Much for this through explanation on the differences between the D'addario string Sets. I appreciate it! :)
NS Strings are rebranded Helicore strings & yes the silk is blue & gold at the ball end. The thinner gauge helps alot w/ bowing.
Good stuff!!
I have a 5 String Acoustic-Electric Cello strung w/ D'addario Helicore Cello Strings (4/4 Size Medium Tension set plus a Matching High E String).
Geared Tuners might help w/ keeping it in tune.
I use Geared Tuners & also a CodaBow Joule w/ Clarity rosin so I don't have to work quite as hard.
Of course the Ascente Strings have a Fiery Orange Silk at the Ball End.
I use more than 10 years zyexset with siver D. It matches good to my violin.
