Very nice video. I got my ScreenBar Pro too. I used it about 2 weeks. Almost zero complaint. Auto switch ON/OFF, some time I wish it could detect more far than this. If I watch movie, I prefer to sit far, in that situation some time it will turn off. Because it could only detect about 60cm. If you always sit very close to the screen, then it will be very useful, which I ageed. I like it don't need to worry about battery too. BenQ's product is expensive than others, but if it do could work for 5 years+, then I think it does worth the money. It does reduse the eye-strain, more comfortable, and easier to use screen longer. Even I turn on the ambient lighting, I still will choose it turn the Screenbar on. It just bright enough, even the lowest lighting setting.

Which Qintis light bat is it?

Bought a monitor light purely informed by KZread videos. My advice to all readers, if you have even a sliver of doubt if you need a monitor light, you DON'T need it. My Xiaomi light is just a pretty and expensive accessory. It lights up, changes color temperature and can be controlled with remote control dial. Very nice, but I don't have a use for it.

halo is good, i just prefer controls on the lightbar. less stuff on my desk and less worry for aaa batteries running out!

You can see for yourself in the comparison how the BenQ performs a lot better I'm not sure why this is being perceived as biased I lay the evidence and data in front of you

I don't understand why people are using these? It's literally the worst placement for a light.

It def helpful reducing contrast in my scene! I'd say it's helped with eye strain when used in conjunction with a bias lighting behind the monitor
